Recorded with friends at Middlefarm Studios. The intention here was to have "fun" in a room together... and that was pretty much how this was born. It existed as an acoustic demo but we all piled into the live room and turned it into a full band jig. The song is about missing a hot headed and passionate fireball of a person... or it's about a talking hot water bottle. You decide.
lyrics
You got it, I want it
I feel it, the fever
It's not in my head yeah I know that I need ya
Coz their hands are cold and I want yours to hold now
I miss your fire and our flaming rows
Somebody is here with me and it's not you
I share my lonely bed with them but it's not you
I'm sorry I said see you later
Come back radiator
You kept me warm like a tropical storm
hot-headed and better in bed than the norm
Like summer to touch, I'd sizzle so much
I miss your paprika, your hot chicken tikka
Now somebody is cooking for me and it's not you
Somebody then sleeps next to me, it's not you
I'm sorry that I said I hate ya
Come back radiator
A hot water bottle, a bike at full throttle, an engine between my legs
So hot when I was on it, you could've cooked eggs on the bonnet
Now somebody is here with me but it's not you
I share my lonely bed with them but it's not you
They're nice and sweet to me just like iced tea but it's an igloo
My bed without you
Somebody is here with me and it's not you
I share my thoughts and bed with them but it's not you
I'm sorry I said see you later
I'm sorry that I said I hate ya
and dropped you like a hot potato
Come back radiator
I'm sorry I said see you later
Come back radiator

This album has been a constant daily companion to me since this past summer. I almost feel guilty waiting this long to purchase the CD itself.
This is a new classic in my collection, something that I will probably go back to for the rest of my life. Darren Douglas Danahy

Somehow I missed this one when it came out. Better late than never. Everything Martin releases is a gem including this one. Strong melodies, very good lyrics, and of course Martin's playing and singing! norm tandberg
